We are Health Chronicle - a team of 30 experts from over 20 countries that include:
3 writers, 5 healthcare professionals, 15 animators, 3 videographers, 2 graphic artists, 1 voice artist.
We make videos to help explain why some of the lifestyle choices we make may not be healthy. We also do research about existing diseases and try to identify hidden causes at early stages. Then this is presented in the form of animated videos or other forms - whichever seems the best way to portray the content for the younger generations.

There's no other way. Start with one egg for breakfast, then salads with NoFat Dressing. Take vitamins and minerals. Do cardio and weightlifting. Drink water constantly. If I do 800 calories a day for a week, I'll be in ketosis. The most difficult part is maintaining weight after weightloss. It's the most difficult human endeavor on Earth. Nothing is harder than keeping weight off. The medical profession is garbage. They can't do anything to help, nor will they. Doctors want us overweight. They're evil.
I ll prefer stairs over escalator.
I’ve gotten to such a low place in my life that I need to start with the basics- getting up/going to bed at a decent time, brushing my teeth & washing my face, eating 3 meals a day (not as much processed food), drinking enough water… & limiting screen time (I think this is the main issue). Idk how I let myself get here but I HATE myself for it. I miss the old me- working out every day, laughing, eating Whole Foods, working my butt off & doing things I love. I’m miserable & don’t know where to begin..

Worked for 5yrs...after 10yrs and still I suffer falling asleep naturally and liver damages.. Low testosterone are not reversible.

Fasting is great for well-being and weight loss. I've been practicing intermittent fasting for nearly 3 months now. I've lost more than 12 KGs (around ~24 pounds if I'm right) and I feel so much better with my body right now and so much more healthy. It has made me be more cautious when buying food and going always for the healthiest alternatives.

imagine your body as a car. What? impossible, simply impossible, any comparison of metal objects to flesh and bone is so far wrong its laughable.
Tertiary ButylhydroQuinone, synthetic additive listed on ingredients as E319. It is often added to products with fats and oils as they oxidise easily. Products like pop tarts, protein bars, cereal snacks, energy drinks basically anything processed. It is extremely toxic and industry is restricted to using less than 5g in any single product as it becomes fatal past this amount. Make no mistake, if you see TBHQ or E319 listed the manufacturer cares not one bit about you but only for the profit garnered from its sale.
I drank one glass of lemonade and two glasses of water and then I slept from 8 pm to 9 am and in the morning my cold was almost gone

I work 10 PM-6:30 AM at airport and I love it cuz morning’s I can’t do or day time I like to have my mornings and day still but I do think there is some symptoms I’m seeing but as long as you get 6-8 hours sleep I feel good after lunch break because I know after it’s close to getting to go home

I work night shift and I absolutely love it. I have no issues sleeping during the day. My body felt worse on day shift. I was always exhausted and falling asleep driving to work. Falling asleep driving hasnt happened on night shift. Night shift works so much better for me
Worked 2nd shift for 10 years. Rather deal with the health issues then the sheep during the day in the world today.
Im day 2 witouth eat anything and is not that bad..
It’s been two weeks of eating small bites of food each day because my body won’t physically let me eat. If I eat one thing I’m extremely nauseous all day until my body throws it out of my body. (I am not doing any of this on purpose)

You will have to distinguish between "castor oil for external use" and "castor oil for internal use": - "Castor oil for external use" is cold pressed of the seeds of the plant Ricinus L. (Euphorbiaceae). - "Castor oil for internal use" is additionally treated with steam in order to eliminate the last traces of the extremely toxic poison ricine; this one will be available in any pharmacy.
